Is my city supported?

Check the coverage list. If your municipality is there, type your address on the home page and you will get your next four weeks of collection.

If it is not there, email us the city or region name. We add municipalities that publish their schedules openly, and requests are how we decide what to build next.

My collection day looks wrong

Tell us the address and what you expected, and we will check it against the municipality's own published schedule the same week. Schedules come from cities and their contractors; routes change, and occasionally a published feed is wrong or stale.

Holiday shifts, weather cancellations and one-off route changes are the usual causes. CurbDay is a convenience, not the authoritative source — see our disclaimer.

Reminders are not arriving

Free accounts get one reminder the evening before collection, by email and push notification, for one address. Check that notifications are enabled for CurbDay in your device settings, and that our email is not in your spam folder.

Premium adds a choice of reminder time, reminders for every address you save, bring-your-bins-in alerts, and three days' notice of hazardous-waste and giveaway days.

Premium, billing and cancelling

Premium is $3 CAD per month or $30 CAD per year on our website. It unlocks the Home Screen widget, Calendar sync, Siri shortcuts, reminder timing, reminders for every address, bring-in alerts, advance notice of special collections, and more than one saved address.

Bought on the web? Manage or cancel it from your account page, which opens the billing portal.

Bought inside the iPhone or iPad app? Apple handles that subscription. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling there stops the renewal; you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.

Deleting your account

You can delete your CurbDay account and everything attached to it from your account page on the web, or from Settings inside the iPhone and iPad app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your addresses, reminder settings and account record are removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your device's Subscriptions settings.
